The Priestly Blessing (Numbers 6, 22-27) is the blessing that the kohanim (priests) were commanded to bless every individual of Bnei Israel (People of Israel), in the name of G-d. The priests are the instrument to transfer the divine abundance, in three blessings:

The first: "The LORD bless thee, and keep thee" – with abundant wealth and property.

The second: "The LORD make His face to shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee" – May one shall be spiritually uplifted and favored by G-d and other men.

The third: "The LORD lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace" – May man reach good, wholeness and peacefulness in this world and in the world to come.

In Erez Israel (the Land of Israel) it is customary that during the morning prayers, the priests bless the worshippers. In addition, it is customary that parents bless their children with the Priestly blessing on the eve of Shabbat and on special occasions.
